five food avoid in summer

Coming summer everybody want to cool and make our body fit and protect from illness and other sickness. Many people take unnecessary food which reason for harmful and make their body illness and unfit for working. Most of bacteria occur in summer due to warm temperature and rotten spoil food. So here I tell you which food you take in summer and which food you avoid in summer. Before going to this point I will tell you some tips to take regular in summer.
  •   First take 5 to 8 L water which is beneficially for human body as per WHO
  •     Avoid unwanted food or junk food which harm for our body.
  •     Take regular bath in summer for protecting from bacteria.
  •     Always wear or apply sun lotion cream when you go outside from house
  •    Take a fresh lightly food

 So here are five (5) food which avoid in summer:

1.      Spices food: in summer mostly people want to spices food, which causes for their illness and other problem in body.

2.      Oily food: try to avoid oily food in summer because this make your body sleepy and unfit from work and you always keen to feeling tiredness.

3.      High calorie and protein: mostly people think that protein and calorie is good in summer yes this is good for body but you just maintain yourself try minimum amount of calorie and protein, food which contain large amount of calorie try to avoid them.

4.      Lemon jucie: this is another fact about juice this juice generate a critic acid in our stomach, which causes for dehydration, feeling tiredness and sleepy. So try to avoid this.
5.      Tea and coffee: this is most essential drink for every person in twice a day. This caffeine make our body warm and after drink tea or coffee you are not keen to hungry.

So here are some food which avoid in summer and make your body fit and healthy and fit for long time.

How to avoid Swine flu home remedies

1. Have five duly washed leaves of Tulsi (known as Basil in English; medicinal name Ocimum sanctum) everyday in the morning. Tulsi has a large number of therapeutic properties. It keeps throat and lungs clear and helps in infections by way of strengthening your immunity. 

2. Giloi (medicinal name Tinospora cordifolia) is a commonly available plant in many areas. Take a one-foot long branch of giloi, add five to six leaves of Tulsi and boil in water for 15-20 minutes or long enough to allow the water to extract its properties. Add black pepper
and sendha (salt used during religious fasts), rock or black salt, or Misri (crystalised sugar like lumps to make it sweet) according to taste. Let it cool a bit and drink this kadha (concoction) while still warm. It will work wonders for your immunity. If giloi plant is not available, get processed giloi powder from Hamdard or others, and concoct a similar drink once a day.

3. A small piece of camphor (kapoor) approximately the size of a tablet should be taken once or twice a month. It can be swallowed with water by adults while children can take it along with mashed potatoes or banana because they will find it difficult to have it without any aides. Please remember camphor is not to be taken everyday, but only once each season, or once a month. 

4. Those who can take garlic, must have two pods of raw garlic first thing in the morning. To be swallowed daily with lukewarm water. Garlic too strengthens immunity like the earlier measures mentioned. 

5. Those not allergic to milk, must take a glass of hot or lukewarm milk every night with a small measure of haldi (turmeric). 

6. Aloe vera (gwarpatha) too is a commonly available plant. Its thick and long, cactus-like leaves have an odourless gel. A teaspoon gel taken with water daily can work wonders for not only your skin and joint pains, but also boost immunity. 

7. Take homeopathic medicines — Pyrogenium 200 and Inflenzium 200 in particular — five tablets three times a day, or two-three drops three times a day. While these are not specifically targeted at H1N1 either, these work well as preventive against common flu virus. 

8. Do Pranayam daily (preferably under guidance if you are already not initiated into it) and go for morning jog/walk regularly to keep your throat and lungs in good condition and body in fine fettle. Even in small measures, it will work wonders for your body's resistance against all such diseases which attack the nose, throat and lungs, besides keeping you fit. 

9. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich Amla (Indian gooseberry) juice. Since fresh Amla is not yet available in the market (not for another three to four months), it is not a bad idea to buy packaged Amla juice which is commonly available nowadays. 

10. Last but not the least, wash your hands frequently every day with soap and warm water for 15-20 seconds; especially before meals, or each time after touching a surface that you suspect could be contaminated with flu virus such as a door handle or a knob/handle, especially if you have returned from a public place or used public transport. Alcohol-based hand cleaners should be kept handy at all times and used until you can get soap and warm water.

This is most frequently ask question for who is smoking and who want to smoke. That is how smoking is reduce tension and how remove stress. Many researchers say that some time smoking is good for health and it relieve stress. Researchers search that, the fact about cigarette and tobacco is that it is good for sometimes but overdose it may affect our body. In our body some nicotine is found who help to control our mentality and physical behavior of human being. Smoking cigarette causes our lungs and affect all parts of body. But many times it give release to tension and stress. Due to present of nicotine in our body sometimes it work excellent that is when a person filling tired, stress, tension, and not interesting to their work. So they want to smoke and after smoke they fill good and their brain work fine due to benefits of nicotine.

Our brain is a controlling all over parts of body what happening in our body. Smoking diseases is present in body who smoke more and more, due to present of smoking diseases they want to know the ways to relieve stress and facts about smoking.  We all know that smoking is bad for health and not good for health but many times is give awesome result to our body. There are many fact about smoking so some smoking facts are:-

  • Smoking give good result when you are in stress and smoke  in limit.
  • When person smoke and do work then their concentration level and their thinking is high during working.
  • There are 55-65% smokers are men and 30% women present in world.
  • If you smoke out of limit then your body feel weakness your bone get  weak which is cause of sickness.
  • What happens when you quit smoking the facts about smoking is that when you stop smoking ,your body not working properly, you feeling irritating and sometime your brain and your body want to only smoke and only smoke.

Smoking is increases day by day in all over world. Most smokers are from usa, china, Africa, and many countries. In these day smoking is fashion for adult’s i.e in college students and youngsters. Government takes many steps to quit smoking, but it doesn’t stop it is just reverse and increases. Government run ads in movies for smoking and write a quote “smoking is injurious to health”. Many smoking company banned by government but it still running in all over states, their licenses date over but they run their industry. Many people want thought  that how to quit smoking cigarettes and tabacoo ,but they don’t know ways to stop smoking, here are few steps to quit smoking .those who want toquitting smoking read this step carefully that  how to stop smoking.



 

Some steps to quit smoking:-

Steps 1: Be confident and control over on mind
This is most important and most valuable point, which is help to control to quit smoking. If u want to quit smoking then u be confident and control on your mind, because if you control your mind  you can control over self. If you would not control your mind then be confident with your mind and say I don’t smoke.

Steps 2: Regular exercise
This is second steps which is also important, make your body fit and physically mentally for quit smoking, this step is basically for body and make your brain fresh which don’t think about any bad thing which is related to your smoking. Regular exercise give your body boosting and make your self-motivated

Step3: Avoid smoker’s friends
If you won,t control yourself to smoking then ,don’t make smokers friends who smoke with you. This is also is a part of quit smoking, because if your smoke then it obvious that you also want to smoke. So don’t make who smoking. Always try to give maximum time to your family ,which you always think about your family and it make it habbit then your mind does not go to smoking side .

Step4:  Don’t eat material which fell smoking
Always eat fresh food and fruits. Do not eat food and such thing which contain material like drugs and nicotine which is part of smoking. This make body and brain to feel smoky and you want to smoke. So avoid this type of food.

Step 5: Contact Doctor for quit smoking
This is last one is to stop smoking above all step is fail, then you should contact to doctor immediately. If you could not control to quit smoking then go to nearest doctor for their suggestion and treatment. Because doctor always give to you medicine and treatment for quit smoking.
